Title of the album:Company Music: Sandeep Chowta Lyrics: Nitin Raikwar, Taabish Romani and Jaideep Sahni Released by: T Series The album starts with Khallas (and its Remix) by Asha Bhonsle, Sudesh Bhonsle and Sapna Awasthi. The song is in the mode of RD Burman's mode and easily the best of the entire album. It has a good composition with well-penned lyrics by Nitin Raikwar. There are two love songs 'Tumse Kitna' and 'Pyar Pyar Mein' and Altaf Raja's 'Tumse Kitna' is quite impressive. Sandeep Chowta's techno beats do a turnaround where Altaf's style remains the same. Taabish Romani's lyrics are okay. Probably for the first time in his career, Sandeep Chowta does a routine song in an even more routine style in 'Pyar Pyar Mein'. Sonali Vajpaye and Babul Supriyo sing it. The song does sound good but it is very uncharacteristic of Sandeep. 'Aankhon Mein' is uncharacteristic of Ram Gopal Varma. It is a very slow and a subtle number, which has just a soft piano and a guitar in the background. Sowmya Rao wonderfully sings the song, which is totally dependant on her voice with minimal of music instruments. The lyrics by Taabish Romani are quite impressive. 'Ganda Hi' has very unusual music and different lyrics by Sandeep Sahni. This is a haunting number and Sandeep himself renders the song. It is sung in such a husky tone that it has to be heard very carefully to understand the lyrics. The narration is very unconventional as it portrays the underworld happenings. It is a typical situational song. 'A Shot Of Company' - The Law and Order Theme and 'Malik's Soul' - Instrumental are the background musical pieces which are good but appealing to a selective audience alone. Most of the tracks of Company are situational and hence they will be received well with the narration of the movie. Musically it has an emphatic mark of Ram Gopal Varma who use to make his films complemented with hit songs.
